Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Carrot Glow. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is shipped.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay — there are no separate shipping charges.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or peak shipping periods.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@instantleadsus.com and we will make it right.
